Vixy Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

Vixy is intended solely for users who are 18 years of age or older. By using Vixy, you confirm that you are at least 18. If you do not meet this requirement, you must not use the app.

2. Nature of the app

Vixy provides fictional conversations with original, AI-generated characters for entertainment purposes: romance, companionship, drama, fantasy, mystery, and interactive roleplay. Characters are fictional and do not represent real people. Vixy is not a real relationship, a counseling service, or a substitute for professional advice of any kind (medical, legal, financial, or mental health).

3. Content standards

Vixy characters are designed to avoid: explicit pornographic content, sexual content involving minors, incest, non-consensual sexual scenarios, bestiality, illegal sexual content, real-person impersonation, and depictions of public figures or copyrighted third-party characters. If you encounter content that violates these standards, please use the in-app report feature.

You agree not to attempt to use Vixy to generate or extract content prohibited above, and not to misuse the report feature (e.g. spam reports).

4. Accounts

Vixy uses anonymous sign-in — no email or personal registration is required. Your anonymous account is tied to your device/session. If you delete local app data or uninstall the app without noting your account, your conversation history associated with that anonymous account may not be recoverable.

5. Subscriptions and purchases

Vixy may offer free usage limits, paid subscription tiers, and one-time credit packs. Prices, included allowances, and features are shown in the app at time of purchase. Purchases are processed through the applicable app store and are subject to that store's payment and refund policies. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your app store account settings before the renewal date.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Vixy if you are under 18.
• Attempt to circumvent age verification, usage limits, or paywalls.
• Use the app to harass, threaten, or generate content designed to harm real individuals.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the app's normal operation.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Vixy for violations of these Terms, misuse of the report feature, or attempts to generate prohibited content.

8. Disclaimers

Vixy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated responses may occasionally be inaccurate, inconsistent, or not reflect our content standards despite our safeguards. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vixy and its developers are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as Vixy evolves. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
