Terms of Use for TaskCue: AI Reminder

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction, to use the App.

If you use the App on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information and keep it reasonably up to date.

3. Task and Reminder Content

You retain responsibility for the content you enter into reminders, notes, categories, and AI prompts.

Do not use the App to store unlawful, harmful, abusive, or infringing content.

4. AI Features

TaskCue may offer AI-assisted reminder drafting, planning suggestions, or summarization features.

AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed by you before relying on it for important deadlines, health matters, or legal obligations.

5. Availability and Notifications

We aim to provide timely reminders, but notification delivery can depend on device settings, operating system restrictions, connectivity, and third-party platform services.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that every reminder will be delivered exactly at the scheduled time.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Attempt unauthorized access to the App or other users' data
• Use the App to harass, threaten, or deceive others
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the App's operation
• Use automated tools to abuse the service or create excessive load

7. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create security risks, or are required to be disabled by law.

You may stop using the App at any time and may request account deletion as described in our Delete Account page.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

We are not liable for missed reminders, lost productivity, or indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
