Poolsy is a shared-expense tracking app and is not directed at children under 13.
1. Age Expectations
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If we learn that a child under 13 has provided personal information, we will take steps to delete it.
2. Safety Standards
Poolsy does not permit content or behavior that exploits, harms, grooms, abuses, or sexualizes minors.
We may restrict or remove accounts and cooperate with lawful requests where required to protect children or comply with applicable law.
