Child Safety Standards for OutThere
Last updated: July 2, 2026
OutThere is an adults-only social and dating app intended only for users aged 18 and older.
We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM), child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), grooming, trafficking, or any behavior that sexually exploits or endangers minors.
1. Adults-only access
OutThere is not directed to children and is only available to adults aged 18 and older.
If we learn or reasonably suspect that an account belongs to a minor, we may investigate, restrict the account, and remove it from the service.
2. Prohibited content and behavior
Users may not upload, share, request, promote, or distribute CSAM or any content involving the sexual exploitation of minors.
Users may not use OutThere to groom, solicit, threaten, exploit, or facilitate harm against children in any way.
3. Reporting in the app
Users can report unsafe behavior or content from within the app using the existing reporting and blocking tools.
Reports related to child safety are prioritized for review and may lead to immediate protective action while we investigate.
4. Enforcement
We may remove content, limit account features, suspend accounts, or permanently terminate accounts that violate these standards or create child safety risk.
We may preserve relevant records where needed for safety investigations, legal compliance, or cooperation with law enforcement.
5. Legal reporting and cooperation
Where required by law or when appropriate for child safety, we may report confirmed CSAM or CSAE matters to relevant authorities, hotlines, or organizations.
We cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement and child safety authorities consistent with applicable law.
